Hi, I’m Monika.
I’m the owner of Summit Events & Services and an event coordinator based in Whitehorse, Yukon.
My experience comes from being directly involved in events — planning, coordinating vendors, managing staff and volunteers on the floor, building schedules, working behind the bar, solving last-minute problems and making sure all the pieces come together when it matters.
Over the years, I’ve worked across conferences, galas, government functions, sporting events, fundraisers, community celebrations, corporate events and private functions.
I started Summit to offer flexible, hands-on support that fits the event. That might mean coordinating everything from planning through event day, providing an experienced team of servers or bartenders, managing the floor, or simply stepping in where extra support is needed.
Every event is different — and that’s exactly what I enjoy about this work.
